These files are meant for preview, if you really dig the music, support the artist and go buy the album. Generally the albums are mp3's that are compressed together as a .zip or .rar file. To download and open these types of files, use Stuffit Expander for the zip files and UnRar for the rar files.
(These recommendations are made for mac os/x users. For windows based extractors, the doctor prescribes a google search for the best applications to handle the job.)
